Go to Greve, Radda, Castellina, Gaiole and you will get immediately in touch with the typical Chianti culture, made of incredible food and wine and ancient architectural beauties.

Visit the marvelous Castello di Ama wineries, or try tasting many different wines at the Cantine in Greve in Chianti. Take a look at real jewels like Vertine or Badia a Coltibuono. You obviously won't miss acclaimed towns like Florence, Siena or San Gimignano, less than 1 hour away, and maybe you'll want to drive a bit more to Arezzo, Lucca or Pisa. |
Don't miss in Panzano in Chianti the shop of the butcher Dario Cecchini, an artist and a poet of Tuscany.
You may be interested in some other activities like taking some good walks, or bicycle tours. Close to Florence you can play golf at the most important club in Italy and towards Figline Valdarno you can go for a ride on the hills, at the Vecchio Texas horse ranch.
